Rule 101
demarcation of private mining areas;
(1) Any person or organization that has received a permit to operate a mine on a private land connected to a forest area shall operate the mine only after determining the boundary before the operation of the mine.
(2) For the purposes of sub-rule (1), there shall be the following committee for determining the boundaries of forest area and private land:-
(a) Surveyor Officer, Surveyor Office - Coordinator (b) Authorized Representative, Member of Mines and Subsurface Department (c) Officer: Representative, District Administration Office "All (d) Assistant Forest Officer appointed by Divisional Forest Officer (e) / Authorized representative, concerned police office "Sabkhaya" (3) When separating forest area and private land for mining operations, mining shall be conducted only by keeping an intermediate zone (buffer zone) of at least fifty meters from the border of the forest area to the private land.
