(2) If the Ministry, upon studying the details and documents obtained in accordance with sub-rule (1), finds that it is appropriate to use any part of the national forest area and to remove the trees and saplings in it, it shall specify the conditions to be followed by such development project in accordance with this regulation for the commitment to comply with the said project. Can be sent in writing.
(3) If the commitment as per sub-rule (2) is obtained from the development project, the address, area, number of trees and saplings to be removed and the conditions to be followed by the development project of the national forest area to be used by the Ministry shall be submitted to the Government of Nepal for approval so that the land ownership of such forest area remains with the Government of Nepal. will submit.
(4) Development approved to use the land of the national forest area according to this rule: When the project period has ended and there is no organizational structure to protect and manage the project, the protection and management of such national forest area and the physical structures built in it shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal. .
