In this regulation, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Consumer Group Fund" means the Consumer Group Fund under section 33 of the Act.
(b) Act” means the Forest Act, 2076.
(c) "Timber" shall mean round timber of two feet or more in length/and one-tenth of five feet or more in roundness, and the term shall also mean timber of any shape or size in the case of Khair species.
(d) "Action plan" means an action plan containing the contents of conservation, enhancement, management and utilization of forests, and the term also refers to the strategic plan and the special action plan of the forest protection area including the periodical plan of the Division Forest Office.
(e) "Fund" means the Forest Development Fund established under section 45 of the Act. (f) "District Forest Produce Supply Committee" means the District Forest Produce Supply Committee constituted under rule 21;
(g) "twenty-seven" means wood, firewood washed away by a river or river, washed ashore, stuck or submerged or buried.
(h) "Firewood" means round wood of less than two feet in length and less than one-tenth of five feet in girth, and that term also includes round wood, other than kheer, which has a girth of more than one-tenth of five feet, but is not rotted, rotted, or milled, and cannot be used as sawdust. .
(i) "Directorate" means the State Forest Directorate under the State Government.
(h) Paparyapryatan” means nature-based tourism activities carried out in forest areas without harming the environment and the interests of local communities.
(k) “Ballaballi” means round wood of one tenths of five feet to two tenths of five feet in diameter and more than six feet in length.
(g) "Director General" means the Director General of the Department.
(d) "Revenue (royalty)" means the amount received by the Government of Nepal for the sale of forest produce and the provision of national forest area as recognized forest and the term forest areaAnd it also refers to the fees, duties, duties and prices to be paid to the Government of Nepal for the use of forest produce.
(d) _ "Annual allowable cutting" means the amount of forest yield that can be cut annually, determined on the basis of the growth stock (growing stock) and annual production capacity (annual yield) mentioned in the action plan.
(n) "Development Project" shall mean a development project or plan that has received permission to use forest area in accordance with Section 42 of the Act and the term also refers to an entity or project that has received permission to extract mineral materials in accordance with Section 43 of the Act.
(t) "Organized organization" means "consumer group, association, organization, industry, company, firm or cooperative organization established in accordance with the prevailing law and by that word, Nepal / Government to achieve the objectives of the Act, forest management, plantation, forest enterprise, It also refers to the institutional structure established for the supply of forest produce or forest development.
(h) Committee” means Program Selection and Implementation Committee as per rule 109.
(d) "Partnership Forest User Group" means a Partnership Forest User Group under rule 56;
(d) "Community Forest User Group" means Community Forest User Group as per Rule 42;
