(1) If the certificate obtained in accordance with this rule is lost, torn, destroyed or in any other way useless and a copy is required, an application shall be made to the authority issuing such certificate.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the concerned body shall take the following receipt and give a copy of such certificate:-
(a) Certificate of occupancy of national forest area - one thousand rupees (b) Certificate of community forest user group registration - twenty five rupees (c) Certificate of transfer of community forest - twenty five rupees (d) Certificate of partnership user group registration - one thousand rupees (e) Acknowledgment Certificate of forest - five thousand rupees (f) Certificate of confessional forest made available to people below the poverty line - twenty five rupees (g) Certificate of registration of religious forest - five hundred rupees (h) Certificate of registration of private forest - twenty five rupees (j) To manage forest on public land Certificate issued - one hundred rupees (h) Certificate of using national forest area - five thousand rupees (k) Listed certificate of wood, firewood based industry - one thousand rupees (l) Other certificates according to this regulation - one thousand rupees
