Rule 116
Can implement the program through the state government
(1) The program to be conducted by using the funds of the fund can be conducted through the provincial government.
(2) The committee shall determine the limits of the annual budget for the program to be conducted through the provincial government and send it to all the provinces to formulate a plan.
(3) Each province should propose a program and submit it to the committee within the limits of the annual budget determined according to sub-rule (2). The program submitted as per sub-rule (3) shall be approved by the committee and sent to the provincial government for implementation.
(5) The program approved as per sub-rule (4) shall be implemented by the provincial government and the progress statement and the remaining amount not spent within that financial year shall be returned to the fund.
