Rule 72
Production and Utilization of Bean Crops
(1) For the purposes of clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Act, the forest produce of the recognized forest may be used or sold and distributed in the amount specified in the approved action plan subject to the conditions specified in such action plan.
(2) The organized organization taking the kabuliyat forest shall submit a report to the division forest office detailing the species and quantity of forest produce planted in the kabuliyat forest.
(3) While collecting, selling, distributing and transporting the forest produce of the recognized forest according to sub-rule (1), the stamp and seal of the Division Forest Office shall be used for transportation.
