(1) The community forest user group collects and distributes the wood and firewood collected at the Ghatgaddi site in accordance with Rule 48 and distributes it to its/group members for internal consumption purposes as per Schedule-27. Three copies of the receipt should be made in the format, one copy should be given to the purchasing person and one copy should be given to the concerned sub division forest office and the remaining one copy should be kept in the office of the group.
(2) Wood collected at Ghatgaddi site of community forest user group, wood remaining after sale and distribution within the group according to sub-rule (1), wood left over from district forest production supply committee according to sub-rule (4) of rule 22, Firewood can be auctioned outside the group according to Rule 25 with the approval of the Divisional Forest Officer by decision of the general assembly of such consumer group.
(3) timber, firewood, herbs by community forest consumer groups; And other forest produce should be cut in three copies in the format according to schedule-27 when selling and distributing it outside their group.
(4) The community forest user group shall provide the forest produce of the community forest in such a way that it does not reduce the price and collection expenses as per Schedule-6, Schedule-7 and Schedule-8 for the forestry-related micro-enterprises established and operated by the community forest user group or members of the group individually or collectively. can make
(5) The Community Forest User Group may provide wood, firewood and provide other concessions to the users who are under the poverty line or affected by natural disasters as mentioned in the approved action plan.
(6) Community forest user groups shall keep the receipts of sale and distribution of forest products safely.
(7) When transporting community forest wood and firewood sold for commercial or commercial purposes outside the community forest consumer group, the seller or the buyer, after taking the consent of the Division Forest, office, shall make a joint stamp of the division forest office and the community forest consumer group from such consumer group in the format as per Schedule-28 Transportation Permit LIt has to be transported.
(8) When selling and transporting forest products other than wood and firewood obtained according to the approved action plan of the community forest, the chairman of such consumer group shall issue a transport permit in the format as per Schedule-28 after obtaining the consent of the Division Forest Office.
(9) The Community Forest User Group shall keep the updated details of forest produce production and sales distribution systematically in their office and submit it quarterly to the Division Forest Office through the Sub Division Forest Office.
