Rule 32
Export and Import of Bean Crops

(1) When exporting forest produce from Nepal to foreign countries, the export should be done only with the recommendation of the concerned Divisional Forest Officer. (2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), if any person, organization, industry or company applies to export foreign forest products other than the forest products banned for foreign export according to Section 77 of the Act, among the forest products collected in accordance with this regulation, the Divisional Forest Officer shall Can recommend to concerned customs office for export. But abroad without processing: The approval of the Department should be obtained based on the recommendation of the Department of Botany to process and export the banned herbs abroad.
(3) If any person, organization, enterprise or company applies for the import and distribution of forest products other than those prohibited for import into Nepal, the relevant Divisional Forest Officer shall carry out the necessary examination and ensure that there is no disease, pest or enemy to import into Nepal. Can grant permission to:-
(a) Notification of the concerned Customs Office,
(b) Certificate that it is a product of the exporting country (Certificate of Origin),
(c) Health certificate issued by exporting country,
(d) Export license issued by exporting country and
(e) Quarantine approved certificate. (4) A person or organization wishing to import forest plants must obtain the recommendation of the Forestry Research and Training Center in the case of tree species and the Department of Botany in the case of other plants along with 8 health certificates issued by the exporting country.
(5) If an application is made for the re-export of forest produce imported in accordance with this regulation, the Divisional Forest Officer may recommend to the relevant customs office to re-export such forest produce after conducting necessary investigations.
