(1) The implementation of the special action plan approved as per sub-rule (3) of rule 40 will be done by the concerned divisional forest office.
(2) Section 15 or 17 of the Act under the jurisdiction of two or more Divisional Forest Offices. In the case of forest conservation areas as per sub-rule (1): The Directorate shall coordinate for the implementation of the special action plan as per sub-rule.
(3) Tourism activities can be conducted as mentioned in the action plan in the forest protection area according to section 15 or 17 of the Act. In this way, while conducting tourism activities, it should be done in accordance with the standards determined by the Government of Nepal.
(4) Wood, firewood obtained from forest areas other than those managed by the Forest Consumer Group of the Forest Conservation Area according to the action plan, if the consumers within the Forest Conservation Area want to use it for their household work, can be provided at the rate specified by the District Forest Produce Supply Committee so as not to exceed the amount mentioned in Schedule-12.
(5) The Provincial Government shall facilitate necessary for the implementation of the special action plan of the forest protection area approved in accordance with Rule 40.
