Rule 15
Ban Vardana system should be adopted
(1) When managing the national forest in accordance with this regulation, an appropriate forestry system (silviculture system) should be adopted based on the forest's condition (for sustainable management of the forest: knowledge, customary practice, decisions with community participation and good governance).
(2) When adopting the forest improvement system according to sub-rule (1), taking into account the natural forest, environment and biological diversity, the objective of forest management according to local needs, type and species of forest, age of forest, slope, density, certainty and quality of reproduction of forest area (site quality) Such topics should be considered as basis.
