Rule 98
Entry into Banakshetra
(1) Before conducting a development project approved by the government of Nepal in the national forest area, the concerned development project operator shall submit an application to the Division Forest Office for entry into the area with the permission obtained for the operation of such project, the agreement with the department, the permit to use the forest area and other documents.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Divisional Forest Officer shall, after conducting the necessary investigation, grant permission to enter the national forest area for carrying out development projects.
