(1) According to Rule 88, if there is a request for permission to use any part of the national forest area for any development project, the Ministry through the department to provide on-site details. It should be sent to the Division Forest Office and the information should be given to the Provincial Ministry.
(2) If details are requested according to sub-rule (1), the Division Forest Office shall send the following details to the department along with an open opinion and shall inform the Provincial Ministry through the Directorate:-
(a) The official description of the national forest area to be used for the development project, area, char fort and GPS coordinates, certified map and seat number, geographic area, aircraft forest management system, area according to the type of forest, (b) when implementing the development project Details in the format as per Schedule-50 of the tree saplings of more than five inches diameter to be removed from the national forest area in use, with attachments,
(c) If any part of the national forest area demanded for the development project is under the management of the consumer group, the decision of the general assembly of the consumer group, and
(d) Other necessary details according to the development project.
(3) The related development project shall provide the necessary assistance to the Division Forest Office to prepare the details as per clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (2).
