Rule 34
Can be omitted
(1) The Government of Nepal may waive the collected wood, wood in the ghatgaddi if it is damaged due to fire or flood, landslide or any natural disaster.
(2) For submission to the Government of Nepal for exemption as per sub-rule (1), the Divisional Forest Officer shall attach the following documents and submit them to the Department through the Directorate and the Department shall submit them to the Ministry along with its opinion:-
(a) Police report of the incident, (b) Recommendation of the District Disaster Management Committee, (c) Decision with the recommendation of the State Government.
