Rule 5
Demarcation of National Forests
(1) The Government of Nepal shall, in accordance with Section 4 of the Act, determine the boundaries of national forests within the province and inter-provincial forests and publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the Forest Research and Training Center under the Ministry shall prepare a canopy map of the forest in coordination with the department based on the limits of the determined forest.
