Rule 26
Auction Sale Confirmation Officer
(1). The authority to approve the auction sale of forest products sold by the Division Forest Office shall be given to the following officers:-
(a) Power to sanction sale by auction having a net value of up to twenty five lakh rupees, to the Divisional Forest Officer,
(b) To the Director General to approve the sale by auction with a net value of more than twenty five lakhs.
(2) community; The working committee of such consumer group will have the right to approve the auction sale of forest produce from the forest consumer group.
(3) The Partnership Forest Management Committee shall have the right to approve the auction sale of forest produce from the Partnership Forest User Group.
