Rule 64
Utilization and sales distribution of forest produce

(1) Seventy percent of the wood and firewood produced from the partnership forest shall be made available to the consumer group of such partnership forest and the remaining thirty percent of the wood and firewood shall be auctioned by the Divisional Forest Officer in accordance with Rule 25.
(2) Ballaballi, herbs and vegetable forest produce other than wood, firewood will be shared by the forest user group. The collection and utilization of such forest products will be as mentioned in the approved action plan.
(3) According to the sub-rule (1) obtained from the implementation of the approved action plan, the wood and firewood belonging to the partnership forest consumer group shall be sold and distributed without reducing the price mentioned in Schedule-6, giving priority to the internal consumption of such consumer group.
(4) Wood, firewood, which is not consumed within the group during the distribution of sales according to sub-rule (3): The consumer group may sell by auction outside such consumer group without reducing it to the price mentioned in Schedule-6 without reducing it to the price mentioned in Schedule-6 in accordance with Rule 25 with the consent of the Division Forest Office. . (5) The forest produce received by the partnership forest consumer group, except for wood, firewood, when such consumer group sells and distributes the forest produce within the group, shall provide three copies of the receipt of the forest produce in accordance with schedule-35.
(6) To transport the forest produce sold outside such consumer group, the partnership forest user group shall issue a permit in the format as per Schedule-28 after obtaining the consent of the Division Forest Office.
(7) The cooperative forest user group shall provide a receipt and invoice in the form of Schedule-35 when selling and distributing forest produce outside the group.
(8) The partnership forest user group shall keep the receipts of sale and distribution of forest products.
(9) The partnership forest user group shall keep correct accounts of the cost and income and expenses of the forest products sold and distributed.
(10) The partnership forest user group can operate the industry based on forest produce outside the forest area according to the prevailing laws.
