Rule 58
Arrangement
(1) The fund account of the partnership forest user group shall be operated by the joint signature of the chairman of such user group and the person selected by the committee from among the members of the partnership forest management committee as per sub-rule (1) of rule 57.
(2) The partnership forest user group shall spend the funds only on programs and plans approved by the group. In this way, while spending the amount of that fund, it should be done only after getting the program approved by the Division Forest Office.
(3) The operating expenses of the partnership forest management committee as per sub-rule (1) of rule 57 and the implementation unit as per sub-rule (2) of the same rule shall be borne by the fund of the partnership forest user group.
(4) The partnership forest user group shall maintain the accounts and records of its movable and immovable assets, income and expenses in accordance with the prevailing law in an approved format for the purpose of public bodies.
(5) The annual audit of the income and expenditure of the partnership forest user group shall be done in accordance with the prevailing law.
(6) The Divisional Forest Officer or the staff assigned by him may examine the accounts and records maintained by the Partnership Forest User Group as required.
