Rule 47
To maintain community forest,
(1) The Divisional Forest Officer shall maintain the value of the community forest transferred to the community forest user group.
(2) When keeping records according to sub-rule (1), the name, address, user group code, registration date, number of user households, women in the working committee, (number of men, tribal tribes, Madhesi and Dalits), area of forest, type of forest, The details of the main trees and herb species found in the forest should be kept according to the data code of the community forest user group. The code of the community forest user group will be updated by the department.
(3) The data as per sub-rule (2) shall be entered by the divisional forest officer in the community forest database prepared by the department.
