Rule 97
(1) In the course of implementing a development project
that has been approved for the use of a part of the national forest, if any person, group or local community's tree stand is damaged due to the removal of trees, the amount to be collected from the assessment of the damaged forest yield shall be paid by the related person, group or local. Compensation should be provided to the community.
(2) Development projects approved for the use of any part of the national forest, if the livelihood of any person, group or community dependent on the forest is adversely affected or if there is any loss or damage during the operation, the relevant ministry, provincial government or local level related to the development project shall be responsible for such loss or damage on behalf of the project. Reasonable Compensation: Arrangements should be made.
