(1) In addition to the reasons mentioned in Section 27 of the Act, if anyone complains that the organized organization or group taking the forest in accordance with this regulation has not complied with the conditions to be followed, or if information is received from any source that prohibited activities have been carried out in the forest in the forest, the Division Forest Office shall assign technical staff and The employee who has been assigned in such a manner should conduct an on-site inspection and submit a report to the representative of the organization that takes the forest under rule 69 or the representative of the forest group under rule 73.
(2) From the on-site inspection report submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is found that the organization or group taking the forest has committed a prohibited act, the Divisional Forest Officer shall give the organization or group taking fifteen days to submit an explanation. .
(3) If the justification submitted by the organized organization or group as per sub-rule (2) is not satisfactory, the Divisional Forest Officer may cancel the certificate and withdraw the confessional forest within thirty five days from the date of submission of such justification.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the Divisional Forest Officer shall inform the ministry, state ministry, directorate and department that the forest has been withdrawn.
