(1) Conservation and utilization of forest produce in the recognized forest according to rule 73 shall be as mentioned in the approved action plan.
(2) According to Rule 73, the forest group may conduct forest enterprises and forest-based tourism programs in accordance with the approved action plan under the prevailing law. (3) The relevant local level may provide financial and technical support for the formation of the forest group and the preparation of the action plan as per rule 73 and for its effective implementation.
(4) If the forest group under rule 73 wants to return the forest voluntarily, the divisional forest officer shall take back the forest and manage it as a state forest by the government.
(5) In the case of withdrawal of the concession forest as per rule 73, the concession forest group has acted contrary to the approved action plan, the divisional forest officer may withdraw the concession forest after completing the procedure as per rule 78.
(6) During the conservation of the trees in the confessional forest group according to rule 73, fifty percent of the amount received from the sale of such trees shall be made available to the confessional forest group.
