Rule 38
Registration and use of stamps and seals

(1) The stamps and seals used by the Divisional Forest Office shall be registered with the Department. To update the details of stamps and seals provided by the department to the Division Forest Office. will fall)
(2) Before the commencement of this regulation, the divisional forest officer shall submit the details of the stamps and seals in his office to the department within three months of the commencement of this regulation.
(3) The Department may, on the basis of need, make available a log in one Divisional Forest Office to another Divisional Forest Office for use.
(4) Stamps and seals under this rule shall be used by at least gazetted first class or equivalent forest technical staff.
(5) The divisional forest officer shall be responsible for the use and protection of stamps and seals as per this rule.
