Rule 130
Can be banned
The Government of Nepal shall, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, prohibit the collection, cutting, consumption, transportation, sale, distribution and export of any of the forest products mentioned in Schedule-6, Schedule-7 (and Schedule-8) for the purpose of conservation of biological diversity or any species or environment protection. May impose restrictions on exports.
