Rule 45
Record keeping at the local level

(1) For the purpose of keeping records at the local level, the community forest user group shall submit a copy of its group constitution, group registration certificate, approved action plan of the community forest and one copy of the community forest transfer certificate to the respective local level.
(2) The Community Forest User Group shall provide the following documents and details to the relevant local level within three months of the end of each financial year:- (a) Plans and cost details related to activities to be conducted in accordance with subsection (1) of Section 22 of the Act,
(b) Annual Report and Audit of the Community Forest User Group: Report,
(c) Annual statement of forest produce sold by community forest user groups.
(3) Based on the information received from the community forest user group, the local level shall update the records of the community forest user group within its jurisdiction and shall provide necessary support and facilitation to such user group in accordance with the prevailing law.
